Very pleasant man and team to be in contact with, but also to work with. They are very accessible, respond very quickly and have excellent knowledge of the real estate world. He guided us well through the sales process, and was the only one of the three brokers we had invited who came up with the good idea to have photos taken during our vacation. That pragmatic attitude is characteristic of Hans and decisive in our choice for him. We have not regretted that. Hans adapts easily and is flexible in his approach. He listens well to wishes and then gives good advice. He always responded within a day to our questions and he kept appointments. After some setbacks in our own purchase process, he recommended another skilled purchasing broker, Kersten. Which made us feel enormously helped. We can confirm, as several reviews already say, that Hans is a friendly, honest and skilled broker!

11 Apr 2025A day after I had accepted a nice offer on my house, I was working in my garden and heard someone say on the street: 'see, this house doesn't have a dormer window'. I immediately got a bad feeling and indeed my realtor called that the buyers were withdrawing the offer and making a lower offer. The voice on the street turned out to be Mrs. Mooij. There was no more room for negotiation, it was swallow or choke. That was obviously misjudged in this market: I had more bids and didn't want to deny these buyers anymore. The house is now sold perfectly well. Moreover, my neighbors with dormer windows have a house that is 30,000 euros more expensive and the lack of a dormer window was clearly evident during the viewing. Regarding judgment and politeness, this wasn't a good showing for this realtor!
