Since May 2024 I have been renting out my apartment through Beauvastgoed Beheer B.V. and I always look forward to coming home after work or a trip. With the help of Patrick, I chose a new apartment in the complex that perfectly met all my wishes. I am grateful every day that I live in a beautiful, new apartment with energy label A++++, where it is always 22 degrees both in summer and winter, and in a very favorable location. Verbal agreements are also legally valid. If you say someone is getting a home, then you must give them that home and not with a dull reason that doesn't hold up or prevent it from happening on the day the agreement was to take place. Not nice and customer-friendly, sock.
