Recently, we purchased a home through Konings Makelaars, a cozy and professional team that was always ready to answer our questions! For us as first-time buyers, everything was new on this busy housing market, therefore the good guidance from Konings Makelaars was very important for us and is therefore highly recommended!

Dubious way of selling a house. First, not responding to an offer for 3 days and then informing us that an interested buyer has offered more than us, but the selling party must decide by 10:00 AM the next morning whether to accept the offer. We can still bid if we want to make a higher offer. But this does not mean that we can buy the house then. We did not submit a new offer but indicated that we were willing to negotiate. On Wednesday afternoon, our purchasing agent is informed that the house has been sold. No clear explanation can be given as to why they acted in this way. On Thursday, the house is still being offered for sale. There would have been a greater chance for the selling party to get the maximum out of the sale if they had entered into negotiations. Very strange that the house is still for sale on Thursday. Rather not buy or (sell) a house with this real estate agent because this is at least a dubious way of selling.
