25 Mar 2024heel slechte ervaring - kraan van onze badkamer open laten staan tijdens bezichtiging - heel veel schade door vocht en dan nog een arrogante houding en liegen. Reactie van eigenaar zegt genoeg. Om nog even compleet plaatje te geven: ijspegels hingen aan vensterbank door stoomvorming terwijl het winter was. Al het verfwerk moeten doen, veel vocht in onze gang en op de muren. En dan als reactie dat dit vervelend voor ons is??? En dan vermelden in reactie het geldbedrag? Denk je dat het met geld weer alles goed is? Nee zo werkt het niet: Geen excuses en ontkennen in eerste instantie. Moest zelf naar jullie kantoor rijden om dit te bespreken en ik kan je vertellen dat de sfeer naar was en jullie bereidwilligheid ver te zoeken was.

Beste Sylvia, Tijdens een bezichtiging eind 2008 wilde een kijker ervaren hoeveel waterdruk er uit de douchekop kwam. Wij hebben dat getoond en vervolgens de douchekraan weer dichtgedraaid, echter niet volledig waardoor de kraan een lange periode voor stoomvorming heeft gezorgd. Dat was niet opzettelijk en uitermate vervelend. Onze bedrijfsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering heeft € 1.220,75 vergoed en wij vrijwillig de kosten van een gebrek aan de C.V.-ketel. Wij betreuren jullie ervaring, maar hebben naar onze indruk het probleem correct afgehandeld.

31 Mar 2024Unreliable realtor. Doesn't keep appointments and 1 star is actually too much. Unfortunately, I cannot respond to the reaction of the owner below and wanted to leave it at the bad review, but the response below asks for some clarification, so here’s what happened: - Tel Krop sold a house via bidding - We had the winning bid - Written confirmation from Monique Krop. List of movable assets shared. Notary confirmed. - The notary prepared the documents for the transfer - The party that had offered less in the bidding process still wanted to offer more, while we already had confirmation of the purchase and the documents were with the notary. We were offered a compensation if we would withdraw, because we were formally the buyers. - Ultimately went with the other buyer anyway, without compensating us. Not only ethically very questionable, but also illegal. I think it speaks for itself that you should stay as far away from Monique Krop as possible.

We act on behalf of our clients (in this case the sellers) and always strive for the maximum result. 31 Mar 20220 sterren, 1 ster is genereus. Verhuisd naar een onlangs gerenoveerd appartement aan de Eerste van der Helststraat in Amsterdam. Geen internet. In de 21e eeuw. Moest contact met hen opnemen om de bouwer terug te krijgen om de muren uit te graven om de kabel te vinden en aan te sluiten. Geweldig begin. Volgende; lekkage in het plafond van het toilet. Iedere keer werd er boven appartement gedoucht. Moest contact met hen opnemen voor reparatie. Toen ik een bouwer durfde te vragen er zelf naar te kijken, werd ik op mijn plaats gezet en werd mij verteld dat zij moesten beslissen of zij schade zouden lijden of dat ik het zelf zou doen. Ja, ik heb mijn eigen plafond onder water gezet?! Het is duidelijk dat ik heb besloten dat ik het was, want 1,5 jaar later is het nog steeds niet gerepareerd. Mooie doucheruimte…onpraktisch opgezet. Geen douchedeur, dus water komt overal. De deur is niet met de juiste verf geverfd, laat los, is opgezwollen en het hout is aan het rotten. Heb contact met ze opgenomen. ‘Beoordelaar’ kwam eruit. Dan niets. Wat is het volgende? Ah ja, het appartement boven wordt gerenoveerd. Na een bijzonder zware regenbui wordt u om 05.00 uur wakker met bruin water dat langs de slaapkamermuren stoomt. Mad dash om het meubilair te redden. Ik heb het bureau op de hoogte gebracht, maar moest zelf contact opnemen met de bouwers om de reparatie boven uit te voeren om te voorkomen dat mijn appartement verder verwoest zou worden. Slaapkamer 3 dagen onbruikbaar gemaakt terwijl ik hem zelf uitdroogde, op de bank moest slapen. Verschillende e-mails met foto en video verzonden, geen antwoord. Plafond en muren zijn bruin gekleurd en zijn eerlijk gezegd walgelijk. Volgende week hoor ik een vreemd geluid in de keuken. Weer een lek uit het plafond. Genoeg water om een dweilemmer te vullen. Het lukte om de bouwer te grijpen en hij repareerde het. Maar niet voordat mijn keukenmuur een heerlijk vochtniveau kreeg. Opnieuw een e-mail gestuurd met foto's en video, helemaal geen antwoord. Laten we het feit niet vergeten dat de bouwers geen stoflakens leggen of het gebied beschermen. Het hele trappenhuis was gevuld met cementstof en het marineblauwe tapijt werd wit. Je kunt de trap niet aflopen zonder dat er vlekken op je kleding komen. Daarover gemaild waarop ik wel een reactie kreeg…dat het schoongemaakt zou worden als de werkzaamheden klaar waren. Dus over 4 maanden. Wil je dat we vier maanden in dit astma-gevaar leven?! Een andere agent pikte hetzelfde bericht op en stuurde een schoonmaakronde (die alleen het tapijt stofzuigde, de muren van het trappenhuis zijn nog plakkerig en smerig). Hoe kon ik de slechte ventilatie vergeten. Elke keer als er beneden wordt gekookt, gerookt of zelfs scheten gelaten, ruikt mijn appartement ernaar. In alle ernst heeft mijn vriend astma, dus de sigarettengeur heeft echt invloed op hem, het is verstikkend. Vertelde hen hierover. Ze deden...precies niets. Nou, meneer Assessor kwam weer, wat tot meer niets leidde. Had een makelaar bij het huren van deze plek, ze heeft ook geprobeerd contact met hen op te nemen en werd genegeerd. Had beoordelingen die ze schreef en op Facebook en Google achterliet, verwijderd, wat ze waarschijnlijk met deze zullen proberen te doen. Oh en doe geen moeite om te bellen, ze nemen nooit op en bellen dan niet. Op dit moment denk ik dat ze aan het screenen zijn. Hoewel ze mij willens en wetens hebben genegeerd, zijn ze er tijdens de laatste twee lekken in geslaagd mij per e-mail op de hoogte te stellen van een huurverhoging. Er werkt daar dus iemand! Waarom reageren ze niet? Ik kan alleen maar speculeren dat dit komt omdat ze mogelijk verplicht zijn om de eigenaar van het gebouw op de hoogte te stellen van dergelijke problemen en de kosten die ze maken, dus het is beter om dit te negeren en de gelukzaligheid van de huurder te veinzen?! Ik vermoed dat ze zullen proberen de reparatie uit te stellen en het tegelijkertijd zullen doen en dat ze de bovenverdieping zullen passen en schilderen, zodat de kosten kunnen worden gemaskeerd en in de renovatiekosten kunnen worden opgenomen. Gewoon mijn vermoeden. Hoe kan ik dit noemen? Wanbeheer lijkt een understatement. Ik leef met rotte muren en schimmel om hardop te huilen! En de huur is niet goedkoop, laten we het maar premiumprijzen noemen. Ze geven duidelijk niets om de eigendommen die ze beheren, noch om de omstandigheden voor de mensen die er wonen. Amsterdam is een snelle markt, ze kunnen binnen enkele uren opnieuw verhuren. Het is duidelijk dat ze alleen om hun geld geven. Hoe dit niveau van onprofessionalisme ook wordt genoemd, het is volkomen walgelijk en ik zou iedereen willen verzoeken serieus te overwegen om deze clowns toe te staan hun eigendommen te verhuren of van hen te huren.

29 Nov 2024Wij kozen voor Sterk Makelaars vanwege de scherpe prijsstelling en de kennis van de lokale markt. Ondanks de scherpe prijsstelling waren de foto's van onze projecten fenomenaal goed. Ook de wervende teksten van Sterk Makelaar zijn een schot in de roos. Het was daarna een peulenschil om ons huizen te verkopen. Het moeilijkste was een koper te kiezen tussen alle aantrekkelijke aanbiedingen die we mochten ontvangen. Als je een makelaar zoekt in deze regio met een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding ben je bij Sterk makelaars aan het juiste adres.

Ik had Skender gebeld, de volgende dag kwam hij langs om een kijkje te nemen en hebben we een prijs afgesproken. Zeer professioneel allemaal. Het huis stond binnen 1,5 week op funda en was binnen 3 dagen voor meer dan de vraagprijs verkocht. Ik verkocht het huis samen met mijn ex-partner, zij heeft helaas geen goede review achtergelaten aan deze heren, dat is jammer. Zij was simpelweg boos aangezien ze weinig te zeggen had over de verkoop. Ik raad deze heren zeker aan!

13 Sep 2024In het kort: gewoon niet doen! Toelichting vind je hieronder. ________________________________________ Van A tot Z is dit proces zeer onprofessioneel verlopen. De makelaar die wij hadden aangesteld voor de verkoop, Skender, is zonder enige berichtgeving direct na akkoord op de offerte op vakantie gegaan. Daarna werden wij overgelaten aan zijn vervanger, Remco, en dat was een verschrikkelijke ervaring alom. Op een rijtje: 1. Remco nam nimmer op wanneer je belde en reageerde niet op berichten -- zelfs de notaris gaf bij verkoop aan dat Remco er om bekend staat dat hij niet bereikbaar is. 2. Remco stelde zichzelf ook niet voor na het opvolgen van Skender. Hij liet niks van zich horen en bood geen informatie over de bezichtigingen die hij gepland had. 3. Remco heeft valse informatie meegegeven tijdens de bezichtigingen, wat ook van negatieve invloed is geweest op de verkoopprijs van ons huis. 4. Remco was zeer onbeleefd alom. 5. Remco heeft spullen meeverkocht met het huis die niet te koop waren. 6. Toen Remco hierop aangesproken werd zei hij: "Ik ga niet om een paar spulletjes onderhandelen." Uiteindelijk hebben wij door deze houding, en de onwil om voor onze belangen op te komen, onze spullen niet kunnen behouden. 7. Remco heeft afspraken gemaakt met de aankopende partij over de voorwaarden van de verkoop die niet met ons besproken zijn. Toen de notaris hem probeerde te bellen hierover nam hij -uiteraard- ook niet op. En ga zo maar door. Bij het contact opnemen met Skender over de ondermaats verleende service was Skender zeer verontwaardigd dat wij ontevreden waren. Hij erkende onze frustraties niet en we hebben ook geen verbetering ervaren of excuses gekregen. Al met al was er sprake van een enorm gebrek aan transparantie, bereikbaarheid en service-gericht zijn. Het is absoluut geen aanrader om met 1 van deze beide mannen te werken. Ze zijn beiden compleet onkundige en onbehoorlijke makelaars.

Ik heb contact opgenomen dat ik hulp wilde met het bepalen van een goed bod voor een huis, omdat ik natuurlijk een bod wil doen dat in verhouding staat tot het huis. Uiteindelijk tot een bod gekomen dat tienduizenden euro's boven de taxatiewaarde en boven andere biedingen ligt. Daar kom je dan natuurlijk later pas achter. Ik heb geen verstand van huizenprijzen dus had dus daarom had ik juist een aankoopmakelaar ingeschakeld. Dusja teveel vertrouwen gehad. Maar helaas Skender heeft 0 reflectievermogen en verantwoordelijkheid getoond in deze en wil vooral dat zijn factuur voldaan wordt.

01 Sep 2024I rented a beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms on De Genestetstraat with a private roof terrace and an elevator that went directly to my house. Only for 3200 EUR per month. It was a great home for me, I lived there for 1.5 years. Nino, Mohammed and the team did a fantastic job.

01 Apr 2024We were scammed by this agency. We rented an apartment for 2700 (Lindengracht 332), which they advertised as recently renovated and beautiful. In reality, this apartment was filthy and disgusting. The walls had black mold in multiple places, the furniture was broken, and every corner of the apartment was dirty, worn out, and disgusting. After confronting them about the problems, they started lying and blaming my family members for ‘not following standard procedure’, which was completely untrue. Ultimately, we had to hire a lawyer, but we were able to get our deposit back, but we were still scammed an extra € 1350,- due to the cheap landlord who refused to take responsibility for his disgusting apartment.

Wat me opvalt is dat ze allemaal op de hoogte zijn van de inhoud van het dossier. √ De processen rondom de verkoop zijn goed georganiseerd. √ Er wordt meegeluisterd en gedacht. √ Hun deadlines worden gehaald én de mijne goed in de gaten gehouden 😁 √ Je behoudt als verkoper de regie over de zaken terwijl ze toch ook sterk adviseren en grenzen aangeven wat wel en niet slim/verstandig/haalbaar is. Dat vind ik een hele fijne manier van werken. √ De verwachte verkoopprijs werd zeker behaald. Ze hebben me enorm veel werk uit handen gegeven en veel rust en zekerheid teruggegeven. Kortom ik kan ze van harte aanbevelen.

Haar werk heeft niet alleen een zakelijke en financiële kant maar ook een 'pastorale' (ik ben predikant, dus weet zo'n beetje wat werkt en wat niet). In dat hele toch brede en emotionele proces van het afstand doen en verkopen van je huis was zij een prima begeleider.
