The sale and handling went smoothly. However, Brantjes had it easy with the home visits since I myself was only allowed to present the house at the open day to approximately 15 different visitors, including the eventual buyers. Participation in the open houses day was ultimately very important for us. Price determination by Brantjes and the presentation on Funda (photos and film) were perfect. I did not hire a home stylist and, as far as I'm concerned, it wasn't necessary. Makelaar Brantjes was present at the inspection and appraisal.
