Ik heb dat gemeld en ze zeiden dat het prima was, want het zou maar 10-15 minuten duren. Hij zei dat hij ouderwets is en dat het hem niet kan schelen waarom ik te laat ben en dat ik een uur eerder aanwezig moet zijn om er zeker van te zijn dat ik op tijd ben (zijn tijd is belangrijk, maar de tijd van de klant interesseert hem niet). Uiteindelijk zei hij: "Het spijt me, maar ik laat je het huis niet zien. Neem nu de trein en ga terug naar Rotterdam." PS: Peuters hebben betere sociale vaardigheden.
