Op de eerste verdieping bevindt zich de hoofdslaapkamer aan de voorzijde, met twee ramen op de Vijzelgracht, een vrije hoogte van circa 3,10 meter en een wand met ingebouwde kasten. De badkamer is bereikbaar via een stalen raamwerk met matglas en is voorzien van een vrijstaand bad, eiken wastafelmeubel, inloopdouche en Japans toilet. De kapverdieping is een lichte open ruimte onder de nok, met grenen spanten, brede grenen vloerdelen en daklichten aan beide zijden. De hoogte loopt op tot circa 3,91 meter. De indeling biedt ruimte voor twee slaapkamers. Ook hier is een badkamer aanwezig, uitgevoerd met witte tegels, een regendouche en een Japans toilet.
