Appointment made for viewing apartment in Ruurlo. The asking price was almost 200,000. Bids for a specific date based on a closed bidding system. Data requested to also be able to view MJOP etc. It took a lot of effort, they normally don't send it beforehand. Nevertheless, more data was requested due to the duty of investigation. Part of this was received, but an important part was not. So additional data was requested. Shortly before the viewing time, I was called by the real estate agency that they could only send it after the documents had been anonymized and that took a lot of time. They placed great importance on privacy. Subsequently, it was reported that bids were already received up to 250,000: apparently that wasn't privacy-sensitive information. In short, I got the impression that they weren't waiting for me and that attempts had been made to deter me from bidding. Well, that succeeded: I absolutely no longer trust this real estate agent. Clearly something is going on differently than it should! I hope that the sellers get the mentioned price for the apartment, but I have my doubts.
