What a sad and bad real estate agency. Recently sold a house through this broker. Nice story beforehand but what a disaster. Everything goes slowly and you have to chase after it. People don't understand the business and I never felt that me/my house/the sale was important to them. The brokers who guide the viewers during the viewings were not informed about the house. 1 out of 2 hadn’t even looked at the photos or read up before they came. During various steps in the process, considerable annoyance and frustration arose for me, but much worse for the buyers. This simply cannot be!
