The same applies to his back-office (Jill Leeuwenstein). Clear, honest, respectful, always a clear answer via email, phone or in person. Buying a house is always stressful (especially in a tight market where you barely have time to reflect), but this agent has always accommodated us patiently and helpfully and took the time for viewings and for handling the paperwork (including a pleasant meeting with the sellers during the signing of the deed), and gave good, relevant information, not just to his own advantage. If we ever sell our house again, we would like this agent to do so!
