Contact with our real estate agent was pleasant; he could easily empathize with our situation. Our house Pausendijk 3 and 3a proved to be a somewhat difficult object. Pausendijk 3 requires extensive renovation, while 3a meets current standards. And the property boundary is also quite complicated. However, thanks to the real estate agent's efforts and explaining the situation to the mortgage lenders, it was successful.
