A broker who tells fairy tales supposedly sells ready-to-live-in with nothing more to do, while having enormous defects and hidden flaws. When you address him about it, he refers you to legal aid. A big swindler and money grabber. BEWARE OF THIS BROKER, you have been warned.

Nice realtor, good and fast communication and provides good and clear advice.
Not so good
Had a bad experience. Firstly, the realtor is a first-class dry stick (the woman was very nice though). Furthermore, the tour was a huge disappointment. Nothing useful was told in terms of information. We would also have liked more info about the history of the house; we ourselves discovered that it had been used for drugs. During handover, the sellers said that the gas was turned off and that's why we had no hot water.. In practice, this almost NEVER happens. The realtor didn’t say a word, should know this as well. We had to resolve this ourselves (it turned out that the central heating boiler wasn’t working properly).
