Very fine cooperation, Huib and Lieke are a tight team. Huib has a lot of experience. Lieke is meticulous and ensures calm in the tent. The approach to selling a difficult-to-sell object on a spacious plot in the top segment went 180 degrees around due to out-of-the-box thinking and likewise registration (including garden plan and realistic house design video) resulted, after a total of 5.5 years, in good results nonetheless. In short, pleasant. Thanks for the excellent service and onwards to the next 'adventure'

What an unfriendly estate agent! We had a house in mind where we wanted to make a bid. I asked if I could come by to get better acquainted and ask some questions. It's our first house so it’s very exciting for us and not nice to only have telephone contact or via email. I was told that they can’t start with that and that they don’t give preferential treatment. Pardon?! What does coming by personally have to do with preferential treatment? We are not buying a bicycle but a house! We decided against it.

Following our telephone conversation, you were invited this afternoon for a 2nd viewing where you could personally discuss your possible questions with the real estate agent. Did you then cancel this appointment yourself? You are welcome to schedule a new appointment for the property. It is true that we did not consider an appointment at our office to be of added value, after all, equal monks have equal hoods compared to other aspiring buyers. We understand that you are buying your first home and that this often comes with emotions. We therefore advise you to engage a purchasing broker to guide you through this process. As we also wrote in our email 'thank you for canceling the viewing', we wish you much success but above all, lots of fun when finding a suitable property, such a search should be a party. He explained important construction aspects that only an expert would notice, thus avoiding potential wrong decisions. He had no rush to sell quickly. Only praise! The real estate agent fully immersed herself in our special wishes and circumstances and responded excellently to them.
