Apparently, this Real Estate Agent plays potential buyers against each other during his evening phone calls. He blames the selling party because they cannot provide proof. However, the real estate agent invented a story himself. During the clarifying conversation, the Real Estate Agent comes up with another 'special story' and then blames the selling party. Now he is coming up with excuses afterwards for failing to call us. However, he does not apologize for his machinations and untruths.
