Called directly about a property offered on Funda by this realtor. Promised us that a so-called planning had to be made for viewings. Afterwards called twice more and kept on hold. During the last contact, this realtor suddenly says that their own 'seekers' will go first and the first two viewing days are already full. I wouldn't want to sell my property here, what communication.

Bought a house through Makelaarnu. But very poor communication, both via email and phone. You wait for a week or longer for a response. Also, appointments are not kept.
Communication is terribly bad. Several emails sent with a bid but you receive no response at all, not even an acknowledgement of receipt. If you then call to ask if your email has been received, they say yes, but we haven't responded... Okay?? Vague. Not recommended.
Agreements that have been made are not being kept. A bad thing.
