Meanwhile, it's been 2 years since we got in touch with Makelaar.nu. Really what a worthless realtor, especially employee Kevin who really didn't do anything for us, was supposed to look out for another property for us but really he didn't put himself into anything at all. When we tried to contact him or via email with Kevin, we were brushed off. We would never let our house or the possible purchase of another property expire through Makelaar.nu again, what a disgrace.

During the last contact, this realtor suddenly says that their own 'seekers' will go first and the first two viewing days are already full. Bought a house through Makelaarnu. But very poor communication, both via email and phone. You wait for a week or longer for a response. Also, appointments are not kept.
Communication is terribly bad. Several emails sent with a bid but you receive no response at all, not even an acknowledgement of receipt. If you then call to ask if your email has been received, they say yes, but we haven't responded... Okay?? Vague. Not recommended.
