Voorgelogen tijdens de bezichtiging over de mogelijkheid voor een parkeerplaats. Na het tekenen van het contract zit ik ondertussen al MAANDEN vast aan torenhoge parkeerkosten in Amsterdam. Het is schandalig hoe ze met hun huurders omgaan.

Altijd fijn contact gehad met LIV gedurende mijn huur periode. Handig is de app, waar je vaak ook met al je vragen terecht kan. Ook met name het opzeg proces is zeer prettig verlopen, waar LIV ook hun afspraken nakomt. Er was een enkele miscommunicatie, maar daar werd excuses voor aangeboden.

Ik heb een zeer teleurstellende ervaring gehad met LIV Residential wat betreft communicatie en het afhandelen van verantwoordelijkheden. Na de overdracht van mijn appartement heb ik een aantal persoonlijke bezittingen achtergelaten in de woning, met de duidelijke schriftelijke afspraak dat deze ofwel aan de volgende huurder zouden worden aangeboden, ofwel dat ik zou worden gecontacteerd om ze op te halen. Dit overdrachtsdocument, inclusief een lijst met de ingeleverde spullen en prijzen, lag in het appartement op de keukentafel. Ondanks meerdere herinneringen gedurende meerdere maanden, ben ik echter nooit goed geïnformeerd over de intrek van een nieuwe huurder en ben ik ook niet gecontacteerd over mijn spullen. Wat mij het meest zorgen baart, is het gebrek aan coördinatie tijdens de overgang van de vorige vastgoedbeheerder (Hoen) naar LIV Residential. Hierdoor is belangrijke communicatie verloren gegaan en ben ik zonder enige update achtergebleven. Het was duidelijk niet de bedoeling dat deze spullen gratis zouden worden weggegeven, aangezien er een schriftelijke lijst met prijzen en een overeenkomst was. Desondanks werd de kwestie afgedaan met de aanname dat de spullen gratis waren achtergelaten en werd er geen verantwoordelijkheid genomen om de situatie op te lossen. Ik hoop dat LIV Residential de communicatie verbetert en meer verantwoordelijkheid neemt bij de overgang van huurders, want momenteel voelt het proces ongeorganiseerd en onprofessioneel aan. UPDATE: Ik heb in mijn e-mails verwezen naar zaaknummer 84736 en meerdere keren contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. Helaas is de communicatie de afgelopen dagen verbroken en heb ik geen reactie ontvangen. Ik ben van mening dat deze kwestie de bevoegdheid van de klantenservice te boven gaat. De nieuwe huurder weigert elke betaling, omdat hij/zij naar eigen zeggen niet op de hoogte is gesteld van de spullen bij de verhuizing – wat een direct gevolg is van het feit dat LIV Residential deze afspraak niet goed heeft gecommuniceerd. Dit is een kwestie van maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid van LIV. Ondertussen worden mijn spullen zonder mijn toestemming gebruikt. Dit is geen klein ongemak – het is juridisch relevant en moet dringend worden opgelost.

Aanvulling: Inmiddels een tijd verder. Ik heb gemaild na aanleiding van HUN verzoek om te mailen over deze kwestie na de eerste review. Uiteraard nooit een reactie op gehad. Deze mensen moeten zich kapot schamen. Dit is HOEN 2.0 Bizar slecht. Buiten het feit dat de communicatie verschrikkelijk is en ze je maar eeuwig laten wachten, boeit het ze niets zo lang ze maar geld ontvangen. Ik wacht al 2 MAANDEN op sleutels. Hier zijn inmiddels wel twintig mails over verstuurd en dit blijft maar dooretteren. Verschrikkelijke bedoeling. Absoluut niet mee in zee gaan. Om te janken zo slecht Totaal niet behulpzaam. Ongekend ongeinteresseerd en niet servicegericht! Aanvulling: Na opnieuw contact te hebben gehad. Onmenselijk. Aangegeven dat ik niet aan administratie ben toegekomen door meerdere sterfgevallen. Ik ben al 3 weken aan het mailen en wachten op sleutels die hun mij moeten sturen daarnaast wacht ik al 1.5 maand op gevraagde informatie. Maar met een gegronde reden zelf niet toekomen aan je administratie dat kan niet en hup de rekening naar een incassobureau. Ongekend gevoelloos. Blijf weg bij deze partij. Geen enkel gevoel of mededogen

Reageren niet of nauwelijks op de mail, simpele vragen duren 2+ maanden om reactie te krijgen

Er is een absoluut gebrek aan communicatie en ondersteuning van Liv Residential, wat betreft ALLES. Reparaties duren weken, reacties uren en de vijandigheid is ongekend. Je zou meer kans maken op een constructief gesprek met een steen dan met een medewerker aan de telefoon. Toen mijn vaatwasser kapot ging, moest ik ongeveer drie weken wachten voordat ze hem vervingen. Toen mijn pakketje uit de lobby van het gebouw werd gestolen, pal onder een bewakingscamera, weigerden ze (en weigeren ze nog steeds, aangezien dit probleem zich blijft voordoen) om de beelden te bekijken en me te helpen mijn pakketje te traceren, tenzij ik met de politie kwam. Als je in een Liv Residential-pand verblijft of van plan bent te verblijven, veel succes!

Wij zijn al 4 weken bezig om contact te krijgen m.b.t. het huren van een parkeerplaats, wij betalen hier ook al voor. Nul komma nul reactie en je wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Waardeloos!!!

LIV Residential is een vreselijk verhuurbedrijf dat nalatig is en je voor duizenden euro's oplicht. Ze reageren ook niet op telefoontjes of e-mails, maar verbinden je door met hun AI-e-mailmedewerker die regelmatig op gevaarlijke wijze hallucineert als je niet doorhebt dat het geen echt persoon is. Huur niet bij hen.
