A mentally strong person calls, first the client instead of him by name, without informing his colleagues beforehand. I experience this as a deliberate privacy breach. But as a reader you may have a different opinion about this. If I then give the low rating he puts our email correspondence on Google. Judge for yourself, is this from him, weak, vindictive, high degree of frustration, poor loser or someone who thinks as an appraiser he can afford everything. It would have been avoided if he had made one timely phone call. From the email correspondence between us that he published you can read that I was still trying to save the case. But because he had returned the order and violated my privacy, the client decided to no longer use his services.

Throughout the entire process, we felt that Nieboer was working for the buyer and not for us. Our realtor never listened to our wishes, and we never felt supported by him during the sales process of our house. He simply wanted to sell it at any price to get his commission. And as if that weren't enough, he lied to us at least once. Terrible service and very unprofessional!
