Bad real estate agent. During the viewing, he couldn't tell anything about the property, the plot size, etc., didn't have a folder with information about the property. When signing the preliminary purchase agreement, the questionnaire was not included (important for a house with an age clause) and now he doesn't want to provide it. You have to chase him ten times to get information or ensure that he reports a hidden defect to the seller. Literally said to me on the phone: I have nothing to do with you, I don't want to speak to you anymore, and figure out how to get the questionnaire.
