Gedurende het hele koopproces heeft ze ons vakkundig begeleid bij bezichtigingen, het beoordelen van woningen en uiteindelijk het doen van een bod en de afronding van de koop. Als starters op de woningmarkt en tevens expats hadden we veel vragen en Lisette beantwoordde die altijd met plezier. We waardeerden vooral haar snelle communicatie. We hadden ook het gevoel dat ze altijd ons beste belang voor ogen had en we werden nooit onder druk gezet om een ​​bod uit te brengen dat voor ons niet haalbaar was.
