I had to do a lot myself, chasing them up on various areas. Pointing out the reduced asking price that they hadn't adjusted on social media after 3 weeks. I think the real estate agent made it too easy for themselves. I chose this real estate agent because they also have an office in Zwolle and my house would therefore also appear on Funda there. This turned out not to be the case, and I had to pay extra for that as well, I was later told.
