Pleasant personality that thinks along with you. Comes across as very professional and is realistic. If you disagree about something, it is discussed and explained how or why things were looked at in that way; in our case, I myself had provided incorrect (too little) information, which is still rectified. This makes you feel like a person and not number so much.

This sale was quite complicated because I live in Canada with a 9;hour time difference and no longer know how properties are sold in the Netherlands. Ms. van Santen was fantastic at keeping me informed of things and explaining what all the jargon means.. A very decisive and very friendly woman whom I fully trusted.
