The reasons for this were dishonesty (threatening with things that are not legally permitted). Fortunately, this was retracted, but the deposit was not paid within the statutory period. The agent also accused me of lying about being unable to reschedule an appointment. Luckily, this was in black and white. Never received apologies from the relevant agent, only denial of the facts. A pity about this handling of the complaint; it could have easily been different. Now I feel that Lamberink is very friendly towards potential buyers but that customer friendliness leaves much to be desired for the rest. Incidentally, I did receive a friendly phone call immediately after receiving the complaint. Still 1 star because apologies were lacking and the handling of the complaint was not completed to my satisfaction. This has lost my trust and I will not quickly do business with them when I move.

Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended as a purchasing agent. Guidance very meager and for questions and support during and after the process you don't have to expect much. This is disappointing, considering the amount that can be charged for this mediation.

Never seen such an unreliable realtor before. A while ago, we wanted to buy a plot of land through this agency and made an offer. After the bid was accepted, it became eerily quiet; after sending dozens of reminders, we were told that our plot had been sold to another party (a month and a half after our bid was accepted). It is completely unprofessional for this realtor to accept a bid and then not adhere to the agreements. I find this a complete disgrace and unworthy of a realtor. I would think twice before doing business with this agency. Legally, you have no grounds because the realtor never sent a purchase deed after they had accepted the bid via email.

Customer friendliness and helpfulness are far below standard. Mannerisms of an inflated chicken. I requested a brochure for new construction, worthless, do you need a mortgage we would be happy to serve you. I am not asking for a mortgage, I am asking for a neat brochure where everything is clearly stated. In my opinion, they have cut corners on everything in the brochure, the mortgage is attractive to them, the rest amounts to 0.0. Buying from Lamberink, not 100 %.

Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Today it started quickly with a recording for an employee of Lamberink, but that soon turned to a negative tone. I tried myself to maintain the positive energy in the conversation, but that was not received gratefully. We are not familiar with a new construction project and I wanted to know something about that, short, abrupt answers to keep the conversation as short as possible seemed to be the tactic I understood. So no more calling this brokerage for information, because they apparently don't feel like it.

It's annoying that you don't qualify for viewings without a purchasing broker. They force each other to make you pay 2500 euros just to be able to view properties.
