He had my own property appraised without my consent because he was influenced by the money paid to this dishonest broker via his lawyer by the ex-husband. He assessed the property €50,000 euros less than the commercial market value and assessed the property lower than the WOZ value, then he twisted the WOZ value into the commercial value. As a purchasing agent encounter. Very disrespectful. Wouldn't have wanted to accept an offer from him. For clarity the agent: - squeezed my hand so unnecessarily hard when we shook hands that after he was gone I still had red marks from the squeeze. - he slammed the doors shut really hard, so much so that I was almost afraid he would break something. - The same applies to knocking on all the doors. - He did this without explaining to me that he would do it and why. When he came in the front door, he walked past me and just started. - He didn't say a word to me after giving me his name, walking past me as if I wasn’t there. It doesn’t matter to me if someone wants to buy my house, everyone’s taste is different, but, it remains my house for now and I expect that someone will treat me respectfully.
