Pararius could be better named “Only for Students”. The platform is completely meaningless for regular housing seekers. Day in and day out, only houses with the note 'only for students' are put online. Even with a paid Pararius Plus account, you get no fair chance and not a bit of transparency. The only time I got a viewing was for a house that literally was about to collapse. This platform gives the impression of arbitrariness and unequal treatment. Absolutely disappointing and certainly not a recommendation for anyone seriously looking for a decent home.

As a letting agent, we have been working with Pararius & Pararius office for several years now. We are always well supported, proactively helped and kept up to date. Keep it up!

Just for an e-mail newsletter!) and then you pay each real estate office separately if you want to request a viewing. Requesting via Pararius is fictitious. There are even property advertisements that have long been full of viewings, old advertisements thus. Just a lure for real estate agents.

Very poor communication, they don't call back. You have to follow up everywhere yourself. You are not informed about the progress and, in addition, no information is provided. New construction project bought that doesn't come off the ground, but it's sold as if the permits are already in place. Misinformation. After you sign, it gets quiet, very quiet. Even if you cancel the purchase, it remains quiet. Unbelievable that this office still has the right to exist in this way.

Very bad experience with communication and reliability. I showed serious interest in a business unit at ROBSWAART Bedrijfshuisvesting B.V., but the communication was outright dramatic. Getting telephone contact was almost impossible: I was put on hold for a week and always got the same automated message with “Can I call you back?”, without ever being called back. Moreover, making appointments was particularly difficult. Despite the fact that I immediately indicated that I would like to rent the unit and I was clearly earlier than other interested parties, they subsequently had conversations with another party. As a result, I never got a fair chance, while I was clearly and seriously from day one. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Based on this experience, I can absolutely not recommend this company.

I am really very disappointed in the way this company treats customers. From the beginning, communication was unclear and unprofessional. Appointments were not kept, and I had to constantly follow up myself. Whatever you ask or need – you get no proper response. They don't seem interested at all in customer satisfaction, only in bringing money in. If this is supposed to represent “service,” then I don’t understand how they even have customers. I strongly advise everyone not to do business with RobSwart Bedrijfsvesting. There are plenty of other companies that are reliable and customer-focused.
