We came to Monique through a recommendation and were incredibly happy that she supported us during the purchase of our apartment! We were grateful for her service and involvement. Monique therefore prevented us from making a wrong choice and potentially losing a lot of money! The second apartment that we liked and on which we bid with her help, we won! She guided us through the purchasing process, recommended a notary to us, and was (emotionally) a rock. We can wholeheartedly recommend Monique and her real estate agency and sincerely hope that she will be successful and get the chance to guide more people in this crazy housing market!
