Eerste contact was uitstekend. Erg spontaan en enthousiast. Vervolg traject weinig in begeleid. Moest achter veel zaken navragen. Baal ervan dat er zo makkelijk met het contact om is gegaan en er niet even de moeite werd genomen om sommige dingen fysiek te bespreken aan huis. Vooral omdat dit de eerste keer is dat ik iets verkoop dus nul ervaring mee heb. Was nogal onpersoonlijk.
