We bought our house through this real estate agent, and according to the agent, there was nothing wrong with the house. He himself had created the structural report and it stated that the house was in good condition; however, the house was far from good and we have costs of over €30,000! Damp in the floors, asbestos, a leak on the roof and rotten roofing battens! Now the real estate agent is unavailable!!!

Goede contacten via de app, telefoon of mail. Altijd bereikbaar en vriendelijk te woord gestaan vooral door het ondersteunend personeel. Weinig met de makelaar zelf gesproken, maar wanneer dat echt nodig was gebeurde dat wel.

Enorm goed geholpen met de verkoop van onze woning, zeer gemotiveerd personeel wat ontzettend hun best doet en ook de communicatie was erg goed richting ons over alle voortgang. Zeer aan te bevelen mocht je je woning willen verkopen.

Never go into the sea with real estate agent siefkes. I made an anonymous offer on a property that siefkes does not respect and passed my name along to the selling party. As a result, I received various threats including death threats from mr. kroeze who had the property for sale. I have called them multiple times about this, and they said erik would get back to me regarding this matter. But erik is too afraid to do so. Erik will never admit his mistakes. Reaction to siefkes stupid answer: First of all, I had reported that I wanted to remain anonymous until the offer was accepted! Secondly, mr. kroeze never gave siefkes full instructions and only passed on half of them to the actual client. Now erik is hiding again in denial. But he thinks only about money. Suddenly he comes up with a reaction but still does not admit his mistakes or apologize. All this can be read back in the emails.

Good company, enough choice, good service, helpful. Neat and fast, even received flowers when it took a little longer.
