Very disappointed with the appraisal of our property by Wout Leerlink. A very low amount came out that was below the purchase price of the house plus all the improvements we have made over the past 20 years, everything insulated, solar panels, new bathroom and kitchen. We would suffer a significant loss on this property. My wife couldn't sleep at night because of it. Now heard another appraisal that is almost 2x as high and in line with the prices of comparable properties in Goor. Never again through Berends-Naafs

The contact was pleasant, cozy and great. I didn't find the photos beautiful. As a photographer (on assignment) you can certainly do better there. And the text was a bit traditional. My proposal for changes was not adopted. At the start, the broker was convinced of many potential interested parties. Ultimately, that turned out not to be the case. Why? Unclear!. All in all, we are satisfied.

Extremely unreliable realtor - where your position as a seller or potential buyer seems far from being properly represented. Recently, after seeing a house through funda, an appointment for a viewing was made. Received a call - I was one of the first interested parties and they were looking forward to my arrival. A few days before the viewing, I received a call that the house had been sold; I naturally expressed my disappointment and also mentioned that I had bid well above the asking price and that they were now taking this opportunity away from me despite the appointment. I will not mention the name of the employee but he brushed it off with “that’s too bad, the house is sold and can’t be undone”. In short; if you are selling a house - this realtor doesn't care about your interests. As a potential buyer: you might as well make an offer immediately because these guys seem to handle things behind closed doors rather than openly.
