From the first contact to the sale of our house, we were guided in a pleasant and very expert manner by our real estate agent. The agent's approach gave us great confidence, and the agent was always easily accessible for questions or advice. A lot of information had to be provided prior to placing our house on Funda, which takes a lot of time to research and collect, but that would have been the case with any other agent. In short, we are very satisfied with the approach and professionalism of this real estate agent. The house was therefore sold quickly.

You need to understand the humor of Roelof Vos. I asked if there were any internal contradictions in Gorssel. He said 'no' with a smile. Later, through forums and acquaintances, I discovered that there are quite a few contradictions in Gorssel: natives, farmers, and 'new rich'. It always causes new complaints. So no Gorssel for me.....

There was an open and transparent contact where we determined a good strategy for the sale of the house. The real estate agent made personal appointments with potential buyers and took plenty of time to show everything and answer any questions from the buyers. It's nice that all appointments were scheduled as closely together as possible, which has considerably accelerated the sales process. Just a pleasant and good real estate agent!
