Had a slightly negative experience with Bart, not interested in telling anything about the object for sale, really a pity. After asking about the dimensions of the bedroom, he said something like, 'Then you should have brought a measuring tape!!' I know that the market is such that every property will be sold anyway, but still........ Had telephone contact, everything was discussed.

Contact was easy, the house was sold quickly, we received a good offer. Dunya has a lot of knowledge about the neighborhood where we live. She always responds promptly when I had a question and called after each viewing to tell us how it went. The only downside was that I didn't find the photos very beautiful, there was a lot of adjustment with the brightness. But the real estate agent can’t do anything about that, so I won’t score them differently on that.

Postma Makelaars in Deventer: I am extremely satisfied with the service of my buyer's agent Postma. After searching for a few years for the perfect home, I ultimately succeeded through this agency. What particularly struck me was the enormous flexibility and speed of the service. Every time I had something in mind, there was quick and accurate response. There were an awful lot of viewings, but I was always well guided and felt that my wishes and needs were genuinely considered. The agent was always well prepared and came with a suitable offer, which was not only accurate but also actually aligned with what I was looking for. The flexibility was also a great plus point for me. Whether it was making appointments or quickly switching between different options, the agent was always willing to think along and make time for me.
