Also given that the purchase contract was offered the day after agreement on the price, which was new for us. Had dramatic experiences last year with a real estate agent elsewhere in the country where you had to sit on top of them. Grotenhuis of course does not sell the most houses in Dieren for nothing.

30 Oct 2025I don't like to and often write negative reviews, but this time I do. We switched from Univé to Alpina with our insurance, so we have an intermediary to help us if something happens. I'll keep it short, but this is not even the whole story: In 2 cases with traffic accidents it takes very long before there's a response. Resp. 10 months and 4,5 month (and still no conclusion). You hear nothing, you call multiple times, but they go into a waiting stance. Then you are told that if the insurer hears nothing, the file is closed, while there's still no conclusion about the liable party. On the email where I send my dissatisfaction, there is no response. You hope that something will be done with it, that Alpina calls you and helps as a customer. But unfortunately. The trust is gone. Fortunately, we now have an intermediary who does want to get to work for us.
