Contact was easy, the house was sold quickly, we received a good offer. Dunya has a lot of knowledge about the neighborhood where we live. She always responds promptly when I had a question and called after each viewing to tell us how it went. The only downside was that I didn't find the photos very beautiful, there was a lot of adjustment with the brightness. But the real estate agent can’t do anything about that, so I won’t score them differently on that.

She kept a very good eye on the 'human scale', she went further where I suspect colleague brokers would have said 'that's enough (regarding the number of viewings and the time she spent for each viewing). She was not satisfied with 'enough' and took care of everything in all respects. That, together with her knowledge, expertise, quick action, extremely good accessibility, approachability and service orientation towards all parties, led to a beautiful sales result.
