My experience with Koetsenruyter Real Estate and in particular with Mr. Clemens Suijkerbuijk and his staff is decidedly positive. From the very first meeting to the sale of my apartment, everything went smoothly. Mr. Suijkerbuijk is well informed about supply and demand in the local market. He is honest in his discussions and has a realistic approach to reaching an excellent deal within a short timeframe. If I were to sell another apartment, I would choose Koetsenruyter Real Estate again without any doubt. In short, 5 stars for this professional company. Keep up the good work!

In response to Ms. Christel. As the selling party via this broker, I would like to state that Ms.'s reaction is completely exaggerated and not truthful. After the sale, Ms. initiated a discussion to have costs she herself incurred reimbursed. At the notary's office, it was emphatically verified that the purchase agreement was approved and that Ms. had every opportunity to inspect the property. She fully agreed with this. Now addressing the broker is a form of misplaced retaliation without reason. This broker is certainly flexible, and the given reaction is nonsense.

This broker is not flexible and doesn't think along with you either. They don't have enough information about their houses. If there are problems regarding the sale, they don't want to help you. I would never recommend this 'Broker'. They might as well file for bankruptcy how bad they are. They do not deserve a star.

Mr. Kamps has successfully sold a house for us for the 2nd time. The nice thing is that he takes care of things and handles many matters. We are also very satisfied with the proceeds from the house.

Frans created an appraisal report in 2016. To my knowledge, he performed this well. He took the time to view the property and asked for information regarding maintenance, insulation, and so on. Had another appraisal carried out last week. Again, he thoroughly inspected the property and did not simply copy the data from 2016 randomly. He is someone who thinks along with you and is simply available when you need him. A great plus point is also with D1: When your house is for sale, you can engage them as a purchasing agent as well, and there are no extra costs associated with that. All of this is already included in the low fixed brokerage fees they charge. And I have already earned that back significantly with the purchase of our new home.

Service of poor quality, name discrimination! It's awful that it is impossible to rent a house, even though your income meets the requirements and you have a permanent contract... I do not recommend this company, they will be rude to you, humiliate you and they will mock your name!

These are exploitative landlords, already dealing with broken windows for over a month caused by a junkie. First you're told to fix it yourself, then you receive a message telling you to move out. If you want to move out, you get absolutely no contact; the phone isn't answered, emails aren't responded to.

Noorlander and van Veen are the managers of our association for the benefit of the rendering of the houses in our neighborhood. In 12 years, they have failed enormously. Nothing came of the rendering work. A lot of empty promises and beautiful empty words. I advise against doing business with this company.

Everything went quickly, correctly and well. After the initial introduction, things were handled smoothly to bring this sale to a good conclusion.

Contacted by phone twice to ask a question about a rental apartment. The lady was very curt and unfriendly on both occasions. Perhaps it's time for a new job? Not a good impression.
