Task taken over by this broker because our purchasing broker was also the selling broker of our house. Quick action was needed and that is what happened. Friendly communication, however after signing the purchase contract there has been hardly any contact, also regarding (too low) appraisal no communication. Costs 3000 euros I find very high for the time and effort it cost.

The asking price was good, but the prices of renovation materials and the renovation skyrocketed. As a result, it took longer than a year before the house was sold.
