Tijdens een bezichtiging was Judith van Optima de verkopende makelaar. We werden erg netjes geholpen, daarnaast heeft ze haar kennis op orde en wist ze de meeste vragen te beantwoorden. Je zou denken dat is normaal, maar na vele huizen te hebben bekeken en diverse makelaars te hebben gesproken is dat blijkbaar niet zo vanzelfsprekend. Haar open en niet opdringerige manier van werken heeft ons vervolgens doen besluiten om Judith te contacteren en heeft ze ons geholpen als aankoopmakelaar. Tijdens dit proces stond ze altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden en regelmatig met ons mee te gaan voor een bezichtiging. Ze heeft onwijs veel geduld! Na een relatief lange periode, omdat wij nogal kieskeurig zijn, hebben we ons droomhuis gevonden en zijn goed begeleid in het aankoopproces. Ook moest ons huis verkocht worden, het team van Optima heeft ook daarbij erg goed geholpen. Het overleg ging meestal direct via whatsapp van het aanpassen van teksten, foto's beoordelen en het indelen van de bezichtigingen, het ging hierdoor allemaal soepel en snel. En met eindresultaat dat Rick en Judith ervoor gezorgd hebben dat we ons huis snel verkocht hebben en wederom goed begeleid zijn bij de rest van het proces!

Very disappointing experience – little effort, lots of charging My experience with this real estate agent was outright bad. From the start, he took a Jantje-van-Leiden attitude towards it. Important matters were overlooked: for instance, the solar panels were not mentioned at all, and on Funda it incorrectly stated that the garden faces north, while in fact it is situated favorably to the southwest. Ik wil graag langs deze weg RE/MAX makelaars complimenteren, met name in de personen van Tim van der Kruit en Marco Jonk, met hun deskundige informatie t.b.v. van een gratis waarde indicatie op taxaterdag (werd uiteindelijk afgelopen donderdag) Marco deed dat vorig jaar voor mij en ik ging op herhaling met Tim. Ik wilde graag weten hoe de markt zich afgelopen jaar specifiek voor ons huis ontwikkelde. Beiden zijn dus zeer terzake kundig, want het bleek dat het gesprek met Tim zich precies afspeelde zoals met Marco vorig jaar en e.e.a. ook uitstekend in elkaars verlengde lag. Er viel in eerste instantie niet direct geld te verdienen, maar tóch kwam er bij beide gesprekken een professioneel ogend, gedocumenteerd rapport op tafel. Tim wist niet van het bezoek van Marco vorig jaar, maar al vlug bleek dat hij en Marco op dezelfde golflengte opereerden!! Hiervoor mijn hartelijke dank, want ik er erg mee geholpen. Één ding weet ik zeker en dat als ik op korte of lange termijn een makelaar nodig heb die echt bereid is om zich voor mijn zaak in te zetten, zou ik zeker, zeker voor RE/MAX makelaars kiezen. Our RE/MAX realtor, Martin Pereboom, is a very flexible and personal professional. I believe that his support in finding and brokering a deal for our house in Zwaag was essential to the successful result. I would recommend Martin if you want to buy a house. And because I come from Great Britain and have lived/worked in Amsterdam for several years, it's a big step to move to an unfamiliar environment - Martin helped make this journey run smoothly. Also, for excellent financial advice, I would recommend Olaf at Huis en Hypotheek (I wish I had found such an expert in mortgages a few years ago!) This is located next to the RE/MAX office in Hoorn.

in eerste instantie bood de makelaar enkel aan de onderhandelingen uit te voeren, het zoeken moest ik zelf doen. echter kwam ik er vrij snel achter dat mijn makelaar toch voor mij is gaan zoeken naar een woning, helemaal top dus. binnen 2 maanden heb ik met hulp van de makelaar succesvol een woning gevonden en een winnend bod uit kunnen brengen.

When selling my first house, several established real estate agents from Hoorn came for an intake meeting; it wasn't a pleasant experience. They all had a lot of criticism about my house, which was described as old and supposedly lacking in everything. I didn't have a good feeling about it. I don't remember exactly how, but I ended up with the real estate agency De Stijl, which had only been around for about 2-3 years. Mariska Appelman came by for a consultation and appraisal. What a relief, she seemed very positive, advising and engaged. The house was sold for a 30,000 guilder higher yield compared to others. So now I'm selling my second house, I didn't hesitate to choose De Stijl of course. It’s not a large agency but they are very involved and you certainly aren't just another number. The entire sales process is handled professionally and flawlessly. Quick response time on 06 and app. Two inspiring ladies Mariska and Isabelle who solve all problems perfectly. Also now sold at a very good price within 5 days. De Stijl stands for professionalism, skilled, engaged, efficient - truly recommended. Jan

I wanted to buy a house and the selling party had engaged Simpel Makelaars. Perhaps I delved into the situation more than others usually do. I ultimately didn't get a good feeling about Simpel Makelaars. The responses that I received from Simpel Makelaars (if time was a factor; NB spelling not edited by me): - 'I had an unpleasant dentist appointment yesterday, so I couldn’t respond sooner.' - 'Unfortunately, X is the only one handling it and she has a day off today.' - “X is unable to return to you today and will let you know something …day.” Only afterwards, now that the purchase hasn't gone through, do I see these responses as potentially insincere. During the purchasing process, I was still acting in good faith. The sellers of the house had not honestly filled out the VBO questionnaire. Example: Are your buildings and structures and those of your neighbors completely on your own land? The selling party had entered 'yes', but this turned out to be incorrect when I checked the cadastral data. Simpel Makelaars appeared to be well aware of this situation, but professionally kept themselves at a distance. Simpel Makelaars acts on behalf of the seller, but avoids responsibilities. Some quotes: - 'Yes, that's how I see it too, but this is the answer I received from my sellers.' - 'Sorry they (= the sellers) haven’t responded yet. According to our sellers, this shed has been there for 25 years and not on the property boundary, hence why we didn’t report it.' - 'The current sellers completely understand that you want to arrange this with your new neighbor, but this will then have to be arranged after the transfer.'
