Ik heb mijn tijd verspild met valse en misleidende informatie over Funda. "Volledige eigendom" was niet inbegrepen in de prijs, terwijl dit wel duidelijk vermeld stond. Als je het niet duidelijk kunt maken en "kleine lettertjes" in je advertentie kunt vermijden, puur om de lagere prijs te omzeilen, hoe kunnen klanten je dan vertrouwen met de grootste aankopen van hun leven?! Ik ben blij dat ik via internet reviews kan schrijven :) Groetjes!

Geachte heer Meguzhev, Wij vinden het jammer te moeten lezen dat u zich misleid voelt. In onze verkooptekst staat letterlijk en in grote letters het onderstaande vermeld. Ook bij telefonisch contact wordt dit nogmaals uitgebreid toegelicht met verwijzing naar de website van Duokoop waar deze constructie uitgebreid wordt uitgelegd: "Dijkgraaf Poschlaan 26 te Edam wordt zowel op normale wijze te koop aangeboden voor € 598.000 k.k. U heeft ook de keuze te kopen met de zgn Duokoop formule, zoals in de verkooptekst staat vermeld: “Deze woning wordt verkocht met Duokoop. Hierdoor profiteert u van een lagere koopprijs. Hierdoor kunt u uw droomwoning mogelijk wel kopen. Met Duokoop koopt een pensioenfonds de grond. De grond "huurt" u van het pensioenfonds, hiervoor betaalt u € 697,50 "huur" per maand. Deze "huur" is fiscaal aftrekbaar voor de IB. De grond kunt u, later altijd kopen. De vanaf prijs van deze Duokoop woning bedraagt € 310.000 k.k.
