Task taken over by this broker because our purchasing broker was also the selling broker of our house. Quick action was needed and that is what happened. Friendly communication, however after signing the purchase contract there has been hardly any contact, also regarding (too low) appraisal no communication. Costs 3000 euros I find very high for the time and effort it cost.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks via this route to Bastiaan Makelaardij and in particular Erwin, my appraiser, for excellent workmanship in the valuation of my property in Westzaan and delivering the validated report within a very short time. Erwin is an honest and exceptionally skilled appraiser who understands his profession like no other. The report was very extensive and carefully explained and substantiated with documents. Because Erwin has specific expertise in regional market developments in the Zaanstreek, he can better than anyone link useful references (comparable properties) from near my village to the report and then carefully substantiate this. As a result, the valuation amount turned out significantly higher than what other appraisers had estimated.
