De communicatie liep snel helder en transparant, er zijn veel bezichtigingen geweest en Mario was altijd enthousiast en betrokken bij elke potentiële koper. De foto's van de woning zijn super professioneel gemaakt met alle aspecten duidelijk en goed vastgelegd. Mario is - zonder overdrijven - een topper. Lokaal natuurlijk zeer goed ingeschoten. Is niet iemand die zoveel mogelijk opdrachten naar binnensleept, maar dit alleen doet als hij weet dat hij de benodigde aandacht aan de verkoop kan geven. Een kundige makelaar en ook nog eens een prettig mens!

My partner and I both sold our own homes through Next Makelaars, on the recommendation of family. The choice for Next real estate agents was the best we could have made when it comes to fast professional sales. The collaboration with Mario Calma as a selling agent can only be described as very good and pleasant. No fuss or interesting shenanigans. Since Next real estate agents is a sole proprietorship, the lines are short and Mario is available 24/7 and answers questions/clarifications almost immediately. He is always accessible to both the seller and buyer. Mario took everything out of our hands and immediately set up a Whatsapp group, which turned out to be an ideal forum for communication. He works with very skilled professional photographers, and has good sales tips. Within 2 weeks my house was already sold to the highest bidder and well above the asking price, even now that house sales have stagnated. In the same time frame, my partner's house was also sold far above the asking price. And while comparable houses in the same neighborhood (and street!) had been for sale for ages at the same price. This says a lot. Mario puts all his energy and personal attention into every house as if it were his own home. That is also the great advantage of a sole proprietorship. Selling a house (or buying) you do with a good feeling. From day 1 he knew how to give us, and those interested, that good feeling. Mario is a very pleasant, confident and social man who reads people well and knows how to appeal to them with his natural (Italian) charm. For everyone who wants to sell their house well and quickly, I highly recommend Next Makelaars.

Mario can be described as energetic, skilled, ambitious and goal-oriented. From the first contact, there was a connection between us and he clearly communicated expectations and it was evident that he knows what he's doing. In this regard, he pointed out both opportunities but also the possible risks. During and after the viewings, he kept us well informed and gave advice. Even after the sale and signatures, he still tipped/helped us find a temporary rental property until our new-build home is ready. Moving is certainly not our hobby but Mario makes the sales process a pleasant experience in which he relieved our worries.
