The asking price was good, but the prices of renovation materials and the renovation skyrocketed. As a result, it took longer than a year before the house was sold. Nevertheless, I certainly wasn't disappointed with the selling price. Quite the contrary. Thanks to my realtor from Nemass/deBoer who was always reachable and gave good advice regarding the sales strategy, we were able to get the most out of it.

Nothing was too much for him, he kept to every appointment, thought along with us regarding challenges, and was very accessible.
