Serious defects in the property were known by the selling party afterwards, but were not reported to us. When we brought this up, there was no consideration or responsibility taken, but directly referred to a lawyer. Also, the energy label of the property turned out not to match. All in all, a real estate agent that we would absolutely not recommend.

Don't buy a house through Sopar Real Estate. After our offer was accepted, it turned out the energy label didn't match and they wouldn't provide a solution. Then we discovered hidden defects: a significant leak under our canopy (the seller was aware of this). Instead of acknowledging the problem, the selling real estate agent says we should resolve it with a lawyer. 0% responsibility taken for the house they are selling. Don't buy a house through them, you don't know what you're buying.

Rented a garage box via Sopar. That went well. The termination process was bad. First, the appointment was not kept. The man we had an appointment with was on vacation. We were told we would receive our deposit back within 2 weeks. After much calling and emailing, we received it after 6 weeks. Very poor. It concerned almost €300.

Lieds during the purchase of a house. Incomplete information. We found out about many things later that they should have told us. For example, that the central heating installation is broken. Poor handling of questions and complaints. The answer to every question was: Could be, I don't know. In short, hopeless. Sopar did not sell this house but the charm of the area.
