Chris is ontzettend flexibel en betrokken. Hij kon dezelfde dag (na ons eerste telefoontje) nog aansluiten bij de bezichtiging en dat gaf direct vertrouwen. Gedurende het hele proces heeft hij mij scherp en eerlijk begeleid. Hij kijkt niet alleen naar de kansen, maar ook kritisch naar de risico’s en denkt actief met je mee. Geen standaard aanpak, maar echt maatwerk. Wat voor mij het verschil maakte, is zijn strategisch advies bij het uitbrengen van het bod. En als je dat er dan dus bij moet kopen vraagt hij een prijs ver boven de marktprijs. Mijn vader is daar mentaal aan onder door gegaan, moest zich terugtrekken uit de verkoop. Weer doet chris daar bij allerlei beloftes die hij niet nakomt. Ik zou met een hele grote boog om deze man heen lopen.
