Via een vrij ad hoc zoektocht kwam ik bij Chris terecht terwijl ik al een bezichtiging had ingepland en dat bleek een schot in de roos om hem in te zetten als aankoopmakelaar. Chris is ontzettend flexibel en betrokken. Hij kon dezelfde dag (na ons eerste telefoontje) nog aansluiten bij de bezichtiging en dat gaf direct vertrouwen. Gedurende het hele proces heeft hij mij scherp en eerlijk begeleid. Hij kijkt niet alleen naar de kansen, maar ook kritisch naar de risico’s en denkt actief met je mee. Geen standaard aanpak, maar echt maatwerk. Wat voor mij het verschil maakte, is zijn strategisch advies bij het uitbrengen van het bod. Dankzij zijn inzicht en aanpak heb ik uiteindelijk duizenden euro’s bespaard ten opzichte van wat ik zelf waarschijnlijk had geboden. Mijn hypotheekadviseur zei zelfs: 'Dit gebeurd niet vaak dat je zo'n goede deal nog kan sluiten anno 2026, met een verkopende partij'. Ik heb Chris ingezet als aankoopmakelaar en zou hem zonder twijfel aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrokken, deskundige en betrouwbare (aankoop)makelaar.
We kwamen met Chris in contact doordat onze aankoop makelaar dezelfde was als de verkopende makelaar. Chris heeft ons begeleid bij het aankoop proces van ons nieuwe huis. We moesten even aan elkaar wennen. Daarna verliep het contact prettig, open, duidelijk en professioneel en waar het kon met humor.
Het contact met de makelaar verliep vanaf het eerste moment zeer prettig en professioneel. We werden goed geïnformeerd en de communicatie was duidelijk, snel en transparant. Bij vragen konden we altijd terecht en er werd actief meegedacht, wat het hele proces een stuk aangenamer maakte. De makelaar gaf een goed advies over de vraagprijs en de verkoopstrategie, waardoor we met vertrouwen het traject zijn ingegaan. Gedurende het proces werden we steeds goed op de hoogte gehouden …

Makelaar Oosting is heel goed thuis in de lokale markt. Daardoor is het verkoopproces van mijn woning bijzonder soepel verlopen.
Chris is niet te vertrouwen. Doet zich voor als aankopende makelaar terwijl hij verkopende makelaar is. Verkoopt iets zonder parkeerplek terwijl dat niet mag van de VVE. En als je dat er dan dus bij moet kopen vraagt hij een prijs ver boven de marktprijs. Mijn vader is daar mentaal aan onder door gegaan, moest zich terugtrekken uit de verkoop. Weer doet chris daar bij allerlei beloftes die hij niet nakomt. Ik zou met een hele grote boog om deze man heen lopen.
