30 Sep 2025No good experience with this real estate agent. We engaged Vesta to assist us both in the sale of our home and in the purchase of a new home. After initial conversations and one unsuccessful bid on a house, contact with Vesta became less frequent until communication completely stopped. A property profile was supposed to be created for us with suitable houses, but this never got off the ground. We then, after weeks of radio silence, were forced to engage another real estate agent who successfully managed to help us move. Now, a year and a half later, an invoice of 500 euros for cancellation fees has been placed on our mat. Technically/legal correct but it feels easily earned, doesn't it? If you're looking for a real estate agent who can guide you from start to finish, keep looking.

Date unknownVery bad experience with Vesta. Especially the valuation by B. I still have my doubts whether he is a NVM appraiser. He looks in the land registry for surrounding sold homes and immediately has his price ready. He doesn't look at individual aspects that can influence the value of homes at all. Without consultation, he immediately places his report on the NWWI site. Very careless, very un-customer focused and would NOT recommend anyone to do business with him. Make sure you don't have to deal with him, because he will rip you off.

Less than an hour later, Joek was sitting at our kitchen table passionately talking about his approach. He came across as no ordinary agent; he was down-to-earth, sincere, and someone who knows how to get things done. He immediately provided styling and renovation tips that would benefit the sale of our house. After meeting with Joek (who also recommended us see two other agents), we couldn't stop thinking about his approach, vision, and manner. This led us to choose him as our agent. From the moment we started working together, he brought furniture, plants, garden equipment, and carpet from his own store into our house. He even rearranged the rooms and helped with cleaning and decluttering so that everything looked perfect for the photos, which he took himself and had professionally edited. Throughout the entire process, Joek supported us with a smile and a tear in his eye, fostering a wonderful collaboration and friendship. All expectations were more than met, and looking back on it, we can say it was an exceptionally beautiful sales process. Unfortunately, I cannot respond to the reaction of the owner below and wanted to leave it at the bad review, but the response below asks for some clarification, so here’s what happened: - Tel Krop sold a house via bidding - We had the winning bid - Written confirmation from Monique Krop. List of movable assets shared. Notary confirmed. - The notary prepared the documents for the transfer - The party that had offered less in the bidding process still wanted to offer more, while we already had confirmation of the purchase and the documents were with the notary. We were offered a compensation if we would withdraw, because we were formally the buyers. - Ultimately went with the other buyer anyway, without compensating us. Not only ethically very questionable, but also illegal. I think it speaks for itself that you should stay as far away from Monique Krop as possible.

We act on behalf of our clients (in this case the sellers) and always strive for the maximum result. 26 Jul 2025What a great guy Martin is. I've truly never encountered such a pleasant real estate agent before. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely understood. We didn't want to just sell our house to anyone after 28 years, and he understood that perfectly. I found it incredibly exciting, but Martin was there, understood it, and guided the process in a warm and empathetic way. Accessible, connected to who we are, and with an eye for the entire process. Besides Almere, he is very familiar with Lelystad, which was very important to us. We also appreciated that he well supported the buyers of our house because they were very enthusiastic but also overwhelmed because they're so in love with our house. Without any effort, he stood by them as well; that’s what I call a top real estate agent. Martin, thank you for all your good care. You are a real estate agent that I wish every buyer or seller of a house. You really get it.
