Not satisfied with the service towards the buying party (me and my partner). They don't think ahead when the purchase process looks different than normal. Also, there was minimal communication. Only after 3.5 weeks did we receive the final purchase contract. A quick, somewhat stress-free negotiated purchase is not in this party's repertoire according to my experience.
