After my departure at the beginning of 2024, I myself requested a final settlement. That did not arrive. Now, 17 months later, Rotsvast chooses to collect service charges anyway. Automatically and contrary to SEPA guidelines. According to them, it is a “very small amount” and I shouldn’t worry about it. But they then deduct that same amount from my account nonetheless. Hypocritical and unreasonable. Transparency is lacking. Requests for substantiation are dismissed and critical remarks are brushed aside as “incorrect”. The tone towards tenants is condescending, the communication distant and formal. And should Rotsvast respond to this below: a friendly reaction on Google changes nothing about how they actually treat tenants. Just like many here below say: rent from someone who does keep his agreements.
