I had an appraisal carried out by Keizermakelaars: The quality on paper looks professional, but the execution was very bad in my case due to the appraiser. He explained his 10% deviation on the land and living space price compared to the reference properties with meaningless general examples: perhaps the living room of my property was much smaller (whereas it is actually larger than the comparison properties), or the garden was unfavorable (perhaps it was cloudy on appraisal day: but the garden faces SW). I do not recommend appraisals from Keizer! update: the house has now been sold for 19.3% more than the appraised value of De Keizer: once again: my advice: no appraisals with Keizer.

We got to know Genendel as the daughter of friends of our late parents and we immediately clicked with her from the first contact. Very nice to have someone from the familiar circle of our parents who is very well acquainted locally (she herself lives in Soest...), pleasant to deal with, clear in her agreements and expert/professional. In short, we were very happy with Genendel as our sales broker!

24-02 called to make an appointment. Was told I would have a viewing on 25-02. Confirmation would come via phone or mail on the respective day. On 25-02 received a call that some things needed to be arranged with the current tenant. I would be called for an appointment once this was settled. After not receiving any response for a long time after 06-03, I decided to call myself. Then I was told that viewings had already taken place and the respective property had already been rented out. I find this very sloppy and unprofessional. Also, no consideration was given to possible help or advice for an alternative.
