I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this real estate agent. Extremely unprofessional. Huysvisie appeared as the selling agent for the house in which we were interested. Everything went through our buying agent. After we received the news that our bid had been accepted and we had gotten the house, three hours later we got a phone call that in the meantime another bid had been accepted and that we were 'out of the house'. Who does that? How unprofessional and unethical can you be? Have you ever heard of negotiation tactics? I would not trust these people. If you don't know how to negotiate honestly between the selling and buying parties, then don't advertise and sell no houses.
