Broker Menno is an enthusiastic seller and a friendly man. Possibly driven by the many high housing market indicators, he went along with that, but that doesn't always apply everywhere. In Heerhugowaard, there is relatively much choice for buyers (new construction and existing construction), making top prices difficult to achieve. This was also the case with our house. After I significantly lowered the asking price, an (also enthusiastic) buyer was found.

Market knowledge/Service/Expertise/received an 8 from me simply because 10 isn't possible, as far as I'm concerned.
