The broker arranged the current purchase and sale, as we experienced previously (7-8 years ago). Advice and expertise left nothing to be desired. A strong point is the personal involvement. People please be careful with this broker, this broker only wants to earn from you but when hidden defects come into play they want and do nothing, they don't respond and if you then email they forward it to the seller who also doesn’t react, really inhumane. Now I am stuck with serious problems where they must help me according to the law but they don't even bother, they don't respond for weeks to my email with all the photos and story attached. Please be very careful.
