The most disappointing thing was the lack of transparency and honesty from the realtor. During an attempt to discuss my personal details, the realtor seemed reluctant and even hostile. This is in contrast to the basic principles of customer service and professional conduct. What really shocked me was the moment when I expressed my concerns about the miscommunication and the promises that were not fulfilled. The realtor's reaction was shocking. Instead of taking my concerns seriously and trying to rectify the situation, I was told it didn’t matter because they already had a buyer for the house. This is evidence of a complete lack of respect for potential customers and their needs. I feel frustrated and cheated by my interactions with ERA Makelaardij Renger. The combination of incorrect information, broken promises, unprofessional behavior, and ignoring my concerns has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I sincerely hope that other potential buyers read this review and make informed decisions before entering into an agreement with this realtor. My advice: be cautious and ensure you choose a reliable and ethical realtor who takes your interests seriously.
